GLL type metal corrugated tube heat exchanger is a high-efficiency heat exchange equipment that uses corrugated tubes as heat exchange elements. Compared with traditional smooth straight tubes, the structure of corrugated tubes can undergo periodic changes, causing sufficient disturbance to the fluid in the tube, causing the fluid to appear in a turbulent state, thereby significantly enhancing heat transfer capability

Construction and Structure
GLL bellows heat exchanger is a new type of shell-and-tube heat exchanger. Its main feature is the use of a bellows structure in the heat exchange tube part. Compared with traditional smooth straight tubes, the structure of corrugated tubes changes periodically, which fully disturbs the fluid in the tube and forces the fluid to flow turbulently, thus enhancing the heat transfer capability.
The appearance of the bellows heat exchanger is similar to that of an ordinary heat exchanger, and the shell side adopts an ordinary cylindrical structure. Its biggest feature is that the tube side adopts thin-walled corrugated heat exchange tubes. The tubes are processed by a corrugator to form bulges on the walls of the heat exchange tubes, and are strength welded to the tube plates through the pipe sleeves welded to them.
The structure of the corrugated tube heat exchanger can be divided into four structural types: fixed tube plate type, floating head type, kettle type and U-shaped tube type according to the form of tube plate, shell and matching parts. These structural types are roughly the same as traditional shell and tube heat exchangers, except that the main internal heat transfer elements use corrugated heat exchange tubes.
