The shell can be formed in one piece (flatness and precision will be affected to a certain extent, especially if the installation interface has sealing requirements, later processing and modification may be required). No welding is required, and a large-tonnage die-casting machine is required to achieve it. Generally, due to size restrictions, the shell size will not be too large. It is usually used for battery trays. If the shell size is too large, the welding process can be added to compensate for it.
