Our GLL Car Muffler uses 304 stainless steel as the core material, and have many advantages :

Excellent corrosion resistance : The automobile exhaust system is exposed to high temperature, humidity and fading substances (such as salt, acidic substances) for a long time. GLL Stainless steel can effectively corrode with the dense passivation film on the surface to avoid rust or anaerobic. Especially in hot and humid areas, the endurance can be extended to 2-3 times that of traditional steel  Car Muffler.

Outstanding high temperature resistance : GLL 304 stainless steel can reaches 650℃, and the engine exhaust temperature reach above 600℃, GLL 304 stainless steel high temperature resistance limit of ensuring that the material maintains stable mechanical properties at high temperatures to avoid deformation or failure.
Balance of lightness and strength : The density of GLL stainless steel is moderate, which not only ensures structural strength, but also realizes lightweight design, reduces the overall weight of the vehicle, and improves consumption efficiency.
Our GLL Car Muffler achieves full noise control by combining resistive and reactive silencing:

Sound-absorbing material
The interior is filled with high-density glass fiber wool (density ≥ 32kg/m3). When sound waves pass through, the friction coefficient with the fiber converts sound energy into heat energy, and the sound reduction coefficient reaches 0.9~0.98.
Complex cavity structure
Spectrum cavity: For low-frequency noise (<250Hz), it absorbs energy through the Helmholtz spectrum principle.
Expansion chamber: Use intimidation to reduce the propagation speed of medium and high frequency noise (250Hz~4kHz).
Perforated pipe and baffle: Increase the sound wave reflection path and improve the silencing bandwidth.
Fluid mechanics optimization
GLL Car Muffler adopt straight channel design and trumpet-shaped inlet and outlet to reduce airflow mixing and regeneration noise, and the pressure drop is more than 30%.

GLL uses laser welding and argon arc welding technology to ensure the sealing and structural strength of the muffler:
Double-layer steel plate welding : The outer shell is made of 3mm~10mm thick stainless steel plate, and the inner shell is a corrugated structure to enhance the sound pressure attenuation effect.
Modular design : The detachable unit stacking combination is easy to repair and customize, and is suitable for the exhaust systems of different models.
