Effect of wall thickness on heat exchangers capacity of our GLL bellows

0.15mm optimal wall thickness-heat transfer efficiency:
Thermal resistance is the smallest and the heat conduction speed is the fastest.
Suitable for applications that require high heat exchange efficiency, such as exhaust systems and sofas.
However, the mechanical strength is low and the pressure resistance is poor.

0.2mm wall thickness -balanced heat transfer and installation:
Thermal conversion capability is stronger than 0.4mm, but slightly worse than 0.15mm.
So far it's better, more stable under the highest vibration conditions.
It is suitable for occasions that require both good heat exchange and certain mechanical strength, such as engine exhaust bellows.

0.4mm wall thickness -lowest heat transfer efficiency:
